We do not offer guided tours at this time but let us direct you our favorite places at the south end of Lake Sammamish!
The park is 500 acres and there is a mile of shoreline with 3 creeks (Issaquah. Tibbett's and Laughing Jacobs) to explore. There is a Great Blue Heronry just around the corner from Issaquah Creek that is the home of 30
Nature Tour on Lake Sammamish
Morning is a great time to be on Lake Sammamish. It's when local birdlife is most active and the park is least busy. Join us on Lake Sammamish for our guided Nature Tour, where we take you around the southern end of the lake and show you our favorite places to watch the local wildife. Tours are offered in June, July and August.
Tours are set up by reservation only. Minimum number of people per tour is three, with a max group size of ten.
We provide sit-on-top kayaks, life jackets, and paddles. Tours are from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Meet at 8:45 AM. Hot beverages will be served by Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park. Must be able to swim.
